My name’s Carole; I have a husband called Mark, a son called Remi, a dog called Poppy and a cat called Minka. I’ve been a photographer for ten years, shooting weddings, events, portraits on a commercial basis as well as working on my own personal projects, which have been featured in exhibitions around the country. I shoot digitally, but I love old cameras and I have been known to shoot polaroids with my old SX-70 at weddings, as well as using other film cameras just for fun. Any images that work out from these experiments are yours to keep. In my spare time I love to draw, create collages, and generally get creative, and this inspires my photography and helps to keep my ideas fresh.
Other things I like… photobooths (the real chemical kind) dancing rock ‘n roll, hiking, good food, making Remi laugh, the sunshine, the smell of pine needles, cuddles, bubbles and a roaring log fire…
